I received a gemstone, but I can see it is cracked / broken?
The gemstone that you buy from us goes through 3 different stages where we check the cracks and originality of a gemstone. At the first stage, the inventory team selects a gemstone- all cracked gemstones are rejected here.
In the second stage, before a gem is set in a ring or pendant, it is sent to a laboratory for certification. A laboratory rejects a gemstone if it is broken or cracked.
In the third stage, after the gem is set in the ring/pendant, it is then sent for appraisal to a gemologist. If the gemstone is cracked or damaged then it is not appraised. So do not worry, straightway wear the gemstone.
